Voucherboys top 28 Magical Movies of all Time Part 7
We are now half way there for our Magical Movie countdown list and it is amazing to see how many people are eagerly following this list to its end. We are continuing today with the Top 28 Magcial Movies countdown and have two fresh films selected for you today.
The criteria is that the movie had an impact on the audience and that it played more on the imagination of the audience than trying to trick them with fancy CGI. There will be 2 movies listed every day, so make sure you bookmark and get back to me every morning to follow along as the list gets ever closer to that number one Magical Movie.
16. Wargames (1983)
The film that woke up every hacker on the planet. At this time they were probably no more than 100, but it caused a buzz that spread world wide and every teenager who had heard the word computer went and saw this one. They also took with them their less computerised friends and it was an instant Cult film!
A young computer whizz kid accidentally connects into a top secret super-computer which has complete control over the U.S. nuclear arsenal. It challenges him to a game between America and Russia, and he innocently starts the countdown to World War 3. Can he convince the computer he wanted to play a game and not the real thing?
What teenager has not on occasion dreamed of saving the world or becoming a hero? This is the reason this is safely landing at spot 16.
15. Superman: The Movie (1978)
